Full job description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team for a UK-based Energy process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
Follow up on leads and conduct thorough follow-ups to close deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
Adhere to all company policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 12+ months of outbound sales experience in any international process (UK, US & Australia).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in UK Shift.
