Position: IT Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and operating system issues.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
Maintain IT assets, endpoint security, system updates, and coordinate with hardware vendors.
Support meeting room technology and office IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience supporting , including device provisioning, troubleshooting,



software deployment, user support, and device management using Jamf, is highly preferred.

Qualifications
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Jamf, networking, and endpoint security
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
