Facility and Asset Management:

Take responsibility for the companys existing facilities, including preventive maintenance, regular inspections, and emergency repairs.

Collaborate with the Facility Management team to optimize asset usage, energy efficiency, and safety standards.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all assets.

Project Coordination and Supervision:

Lead and coordinate the construction of recent factory sheds and any facility-related infrastructure improvements.

Liaise with consultants and contractors to review designs, ensure feasibility, and approve quotations for recent construction or renovation projects.

Ensure that project designs meet business requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.

Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.

Manage site activities, monitor contractor performance, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
