Role: Oracle EBS R12 Order Management / Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant

Primary Modules:

Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Pricing

Key Technical Skills:

PL/SQL, RICE Components

Functional Flow:

Oracle Order to Cash (O2C)

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with end users and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into transparent functional and technical specifications.
Support Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related supply chain modules, including OM, Inventory, and Pricing.
Analyze Oracle Order to Cash processes and provide effective techno-functional solutions.
Develop, review, and support PL/SQL-based solutions with robust analytical and troubleshooting ability.
Work on RICE components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions,



as required by business needs.
Operate effectively in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities may change dynamically.

Functional Expertise

Solid understanding of Oracle EBS Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Order to Cash processes.

Technical Expertise

Ability to work with PL/SQL and RICE components to support business requirements.

Communication

Ability to engage users/customers, clarify needs, and formalize requirements effectively.

Adaptability

Comfortable working in dynamic, semi-structured environments with evolving priorities.
