Role & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements. Handle GST returns, reconciliations, TDS returns, and tax compliances.
Reconciliations: Review bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations to resolve outstanding items.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Assist in tax, statutory, and internal audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
MIS & Financial Analysis: Support the preparation of MIS, management reports, cash-flow statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Operations & Internal Controls: Monitor accounts payable, receivables, provisions, accruals, and accounting adjustments. Ensure adherence to Ind AS / Accounting Standards,



Companies Act requirements, strengthen internal financial controls, and identify compliance risks.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: Min 2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, construction, toll operations, EPC, roads/highways, or project-based businesses will be preferred.
Core Expertise: Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST, Income Tax, statutory compliances, Ind AS / Accounting Standards, and Companies Act provisions.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Key Traits & Competencies: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, high integrity, and the capacity to independently manage multiple assignments to meet strict deadlines.
