Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, responsible, and hardworking Sales Coordinator & Back Office Executive to support our sales and business operations.

The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, quotation preparation, sales follow-ups, Tally entries, and handling online business portals such as IndiaMART and GeM.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
Coordinate with customers and the sales team.
Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Handle and respond to IndiaMART enquiries and leads.
Manage basic activities on the GeM Portal.
Maintain basic sales, purchase, and invoice entries in Tally.
Maintain customer, quotation, order,



and follow-up records in MS Excel.
Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Required SkillsBasic/practical knowledge of Tally.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to prepare professional quotations.
Good communication and customer follow-up skills.
Experience with IndiaMART will be an advantage.
Experience with GeM Portal will be an advantage.
Valuable Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Valuable computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
