Assistant Production Manager

Location: Villupuram, Valudhareddy

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Monitor blending, bottling, labelling, and packaging operations
Coordinate with stores for availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables

Quality & Compliance
Monitor in-process quality checks for blending, proofing, filtration, and bottling
Maintain production and excise-related documentation and records
Support audits (internal, excise, and external)

Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
Ensure proper operation of bottling lines, blenders, filters, and utilities
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and corrective actions

Key Skills & Competencies




Robust knowledge of IMFL production processes
Understanding of excise rules and compliance
Basic troubleshooting of bottling and blending equipment
Positive communication and team-handling skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure

Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Chemical / Mechanical / Production)
Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience

Experience
4–6 years of experience in IMFL / distillery / liquor bottling plant
Hands-on exposure to blending and bottling operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
