Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through daily customer visits within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure customer orders.
Handle RFQs and coordinate special pricing approvals.
Follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, and sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Inside Sales teams for smooth order execution.
Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Maintain customer visit reports and update sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
Monitor distributor performance and customer enquiries.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Industrial B2B Sales.
Experience in Machine Tools,



Capital Goods, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Motion Control, Bearings, or Mechanical Components is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Fluent in English and the regional language.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively for customer visits.
