Job Summary

We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with expertise in supporting Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and consistently deliver quality submissions within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements.
Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability.
Submit qualified candidates within client SLAs.
Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.

Required Skills
2+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
Experience with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
Positive understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
Experience with ATS tools and VMS portals.
Excellent communication skills.
