Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand global presence in API products.
Manage sales operations, customer coordination, and market development across regulated, semi-regulated, and non-regulated markets.
Oversee logistics, warehouse coordination, freight partners, and end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
Ensure export-import compliance, including EBRC, EO, GST updates, shipping bills, invoices, e-way bills, airway bills, and BOEs.
Lead and train the sales and logistics team, monitor receivables, and drive performance against departmental goals.
Coordinate with finance, legal, shipping agencies, CHA/CCA, and key customers while reporting sales, logistics, and compliance updates to management.
