Certification: Medical Coding Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate coding for Emergency Department (ED) Facility charts.
Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
Identify documentation and coding discrepancies and resolve them appropriately.
