To be successful in this role, you bring the following experience and capabilities:

Primary Experience (Workato):
6+ years of total IT industry experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying integrations using Workato.
Deep expertise in building complex Workato recipes, custom connectors (using Workato SDK), and managing Workato API platform capabilities.

Secondary Experience (MuleSoft & API Architecture):
Proven experience or solid working knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager) to support future platform migration and hybrid architectural needs.
Solid understanding of API-led connectivity principles, RESTful/SOAP services, webhooks,



and API design specifications (RAML or OAS).

General Technical Skills:
Proficient in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Java.
Robust understanding of secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, API policies) and data encryption.
Hands-on expertise handling data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and complex data transformations.
Proven experience integrating core enterprise systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, NetSuite, or e-commerce platforms.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
