Role & responsibilities

1.Deal with Aircraft Acquisition , Procurement of Spares , Deal with fuel Companies to get best deals , Cross Border Deals , Engine Contracts , Maintenance Contracts and so on.
Command Pilots, Quality control, Operations, Flight attendants, Security.
Coordinate Quality control, Operations manual, Security manual to be passed at DGCA. The person should be well versed with manuals as current manuals to be written
FDTL monitoring and planning.
Liaison with Airport authorities and Private airport operators.
Experience in Charter operations regulations or NSOP Operations ( non-scheduled)
Well versed in Aircraft insurance contracts, Aircraft act 1934 and aircraft rules, Customs act/Customs duty, Banking regulations
Experience in major maintenance, aviation technical
Thorough with Pilots training, and licensing as well as Cabin attendant training
Should have handled operations particularly international destinations.
Balancing among the two sets of Aircraft crew.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with at least 25 years of experience in relevant field.

Should be a natural leader with positive communication skills, Tough handling of Pilots, and retaining talents
