Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
Design secure, high-performance REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Build and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
Implement cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Define backend architecture, system design, and coding best practices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of backend software development experience.




Robust expertise in Python and FastAPI.
Hands-on experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, and System Design.
Robust knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and at least one NoSQL database.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Positive understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and cloud-native architectures.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Backend Engineer, or Solution Architect.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
