Scope of Services
The deployed technician shall perform the following activities:
Daily monitoring of BMS and all ELV systems.
Checking system alarms, faults, and event logs.
Ensuring proper communication between field devices and control systems.
Monitoring HVAC parameters through BMS (if integrated).
Basic troubleshooting of minor faults.
Maintaining daily logbooks and system reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
