Role & responsibilities
Coordinate / Supervise end to end manufacturing process to ensure product and process quality.
Expertise in handling suppliers / process.
Expertise in Hot Rolling, Fabrication and Surface coating / Hot Dip Galvanizing
Expertise in making detailed reports outlining performance, quality, and defect rates.
Document nonconformities immediately and recommend techniques for prompt resolution.
Assessed quality of products and compliance with tolerance standards by inspecting products, components, and materials.
Participating in all QA and production meetings with the manufacturing team.
TPI and Customer Coordinator with project status and inspection planning schedule.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in mechanical / production / Automobile / Metallurgy
Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, with experience in Solar projects preferred.
Solid knowledge of Steel making Process, quality control and assurance principles, tools, GD & T and documentation.
