Role & responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization
Analyse existing business and product processes and identify improvement prospects.
Design, document, and standardize end-to-end product processes.
Develop process maps, SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines.
Eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.

Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to defined processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop process governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
Conduct periodic process audits and compliance reviews.
Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, operations, technology, and support functions.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and improve processes.
Manage process change initiatives and support organizational adoption.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience In PMO or IT Project/ digital transitions
Finacle, Br.net, practice on LOS, LMS testing and projects
