We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer for TRC Repairing (Level 4) to handle advanced-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex assemblies and components. The role requires strong technical expertise, process improvement mindset, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of failed units at component/board level.
Handle Level 4 repairs involving complex technical issues and critical components.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and repair TAT targets.
Work closely with Quality, Production, and Design teams for failure analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain detailed repair logs, reports, and documentation.
Support NPI (Recent Product Introduction) and validation activities from a repair perspective.
Mentor and guide junior engineers/technicians.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of electronics/assembly repair (SMT, PCB, component-level repair).
Expertise in diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and failure analysis.
Valuable understanding of quality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma basics).
