Developing detailed Working Drawings, municipal submission drawings, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.
Preparing conceptual design schemes and spatial planning as per project requirements.
Understanding and applying local building bye-laws and National Building Code (NBC) standards.
Coordinating effectively with structural consultants, MEP engineers, site teams, and project management.
