Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding recent hires.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and create job descriptions.
Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an excellent recruitment experience and acting as a brand ambassador for Enrich Money.
Leverage recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize hiring processes.




Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative recruitment methods.
Coordinate and participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

1 Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience of 3–5 years in the HR domain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Robust written and verbal communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with ATS System, HRIS or HRMS platforms.
