We are looking for an experienced BIM Lead to manage BIM teams, coordinate multidisciplinary models, maintain BIM standards, and ensure high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, BIM coordination, clash detection, and BIM management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 510 BIM Engineers/Coordinators.
Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM workflows.
Manage BIM standards and ACC/BIM 360.
Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
Conduct model audits and ensure LOD, quality, and project standards are maintained.
Lead BIM coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
Review BIM models, shop drawings, RFIs, design changes, and as-built models.
Prepare BIM reports, quantity take-offs, and support 4D/5D BIM.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.




Mentor BIM Engineers and ensure project milestones are delivered on time.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
8+ years of BIM/VDC experience, including team leadership.
Experience with US, UK, or Middle East projects preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction documentation and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
