White Path is a performance marketing agency. We have worked with top brands across EdTech, E-commerce, Fintech, SaaS, Services, and Real Estate. We are customer obsessed rather than revenue obsessed, because getting the customer right drives the outcomes clients care about. You will be building ad concepts that go live on real budgets within your first few weeks.

What you will do

- Write hooks, headlines, and primary text for Meta and Google campaigns
- Turn briefs into creative concepts across static, carousel, and short-form video
- Generate ad creatives and variations using AI tools, then edit them into something worth running
- Study live performance data and figure out why one creative beat another
- Research competitors and trends to build a swipe file of what is working




- Brief designers and take concepts from idea to launch
- Support A/B tests and help scale the winners

What we are looking for

- Genuine interest in advertising and performance marketing
- Strong short-form persuasive writing in English
- Good visual taste, plus the ability to explain why a creative works
- Curiosity about consumer psychology and why people buy
- Comfort with numbers and a willingness to let data settle debates
- Proactive attitude, because nobody here will chase you for updates
