Internship Opportunity

Advent Education is inviting applications exclusively from freshers for a unique 6-month Work-from-Home Internship Program offering the opportunity to work directly under the mentorship and guidance of Abhishake De Sarkar, Founder Director of Advent Education.

This is not a conventional internship. Selected interns will receive practical exposure to education consulting, business development, communication, research, professional management and entrepreneurship while working closely with senior leadership.

- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000
- Direct mentorship under Abhishake De Sarkar
- More than 30 hours of structured mentorship and guidance every month
- Practical exposure to education consulting, business operations and professional communication
- Internship completion certificate
- NDA/Confidentiality Agreement mandatory
- Lock-in period: 6 months

Roles & Responsibilities

Interns may be involved in:

- Student counselling support and communication
- University and program research
- Overseas education application support
- Documentation and database management
- Preparing reports, presentations and summaries




- Lead generation and outreach activities
- Supporting webinars, training programs and events
- Social media and digital outreach
- Market research and business development assignments
- Coordination with internal teams
- Other strategic assignments as directed by management

Eligibility

Only freshers may apply.

Candidates should demonstrate

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and professional attitude
- Strong learning ability and willingness to accept feedback
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Good computer and productivity-tool knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in education, consulting, business, training or international studies

Career Opportunity After Internship Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship and demonstrate 100% achievement of assigned performance expectations may be considered for an appointment with Advent Education.

The indicative starting salary may be up to ₹75,000 per month, along with applicable company perks and benefits.

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s overall performance, achievement of assigned targets, professional conduct, learning ability and organizational requirements.
