Position: Interior Stylist – Hospitality & Soft Furnishings

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and commercially minded Interior Stylist / Soft Furnishings Designer to work on hospitality and interior projects.

The role involves creating coordinated soft furnishing concepts, preparing moodboards and presentations, selecting suitable fabrics and materials, and assisting in presentations to architects, interior designers, hotel owners and other project clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop soft furnishing concepts for hotels, resorts, restaurants and premium commercial spaces.
- Select and coordinate curtains, sheers, upholstery fabrics, bed upholstery, cushions, rugs and related furnishings.
- Create professional moodboards, colour palettes, material boards and client presentations.
- Prepare basic room visualisations and design presentations.
- Understand client briefs, reference images, themes and project requirements.
- Recommend suitable fabrics considering design, durability, budget and availability.
- Prepare physical sample presentations for architects and clients.




- Attend client and architect meetings along with the business development team when required.
- Maintain project-wise fabric selections, specifications, sample records and alternatives.
- Coordinate with sourcing, sampling and sales teams for project execution.

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Interior Styling, Spatial Design or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience. Strong freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply.
- Strong understanding of colour, texture, fabrics, materials and interior styling.
- Positive presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate a design concept into a commercially viable furnishing solution.
- Knowledge of hospitality interiors will be preferred.

Software SkillsWorking knowledge of some of the following would be preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or similar design/presentation software.

What We Are Looking ForSomeone who can combine good design sense with practical execution and confidently present furnishing concepts to architects, designers and hospitality clients.
