About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Interior Design (10+ years of experience) to lead the interior design function and oversee design execution across projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, site execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Interior Design & Architecture team (15+ team members), including architects and designers.

- Oversee the complete interior design lifecycle from concept development to execution.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, drawings, material selections, and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, timelines, and adherence to approved drawings.




- Take ownership of site management and execution for interior works.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically robust, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues arising at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of interior works.
- Manage vendors and contractors and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, procurement, and project management teams for seamless execution.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical direction to the design team.
- Ensure all projects follow approved design standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile✅ 10+ years of relevant experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate

✅ Proven experience in team handling and leadership

✅ Strong exposure to site execution and project management

✅ Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

✅ Strong understanding of materials, finishes, drawings, BOQs, and interior execution

✅ Willingness to undertake regular project/site visits

✅ Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and decision-making skills

✅ Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or township projects will be an advantage
