nAre you an experienced Marine Insurance Claims professional with a solid understanding of P&I; Club claims, cargo losses, hull damages, and maritime risks?

nWe are looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing marine insurance claims from notification to settlement while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

nKey Responsibilities

nManage and resolve marine insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) through final settlement.

nPromptly acknowledge, assess, and report marine-related incidents.

nProvide technical guidance on:

- Marine insurance policies
n
- Claims recoveries
n
- Incident reporting procedures
n

nLiaise with:

- P&I; Clubs
n
- Loss Adjusters
n
- Surveyors
n
- Legal Counsel
n

nMaintain accurate claim files, logs, reconciliations, and cost documentation.

nMonitor aging claims and proactively drive resolutions.

nSupport cargo claims handling, club guarantees, loss ratio tracking, and claims reconciliation.





nPrepare monthly MIS reports and claims trend analysis to support risk mitigation and business strategy.

nCollaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to identify voyage and Charter Party (C/P) claim risks.

nAssist in audits, compliance reviews, legal coordination, and loss prevention initiatives.

nSupport team operations during peak workloads and staff absences.

nQualifications & Experience
