nnAre you an experienced Marine Insurance Claims qualified with a strong understanding of P&I; Club claims, cargo losses, hull damages, and maritime risks?

nnWe are looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing marine insurance claims from notification to settlement while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

nn Key Responsibilities

nn✅ Manage and resolve marine insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) through final settlement.

n✅ Promptly acknowledge, assess, and report marine-related incidents.

n✅ Provide technical guidance on:

- Marine insurance policies
n
- Claims recoveries
n
- Incident reporting procedures
n

n✅ Liaise with:

n

- P&I; Clubs
n
- Loss Adjusters
n
- Surveyors
n
- Legal Counsel
n

n✅ Maintain accurate claim files, logs, reconciliations, and cost documentation.

n✅ Monitor aging claims and proactively drive resolutions.

n✅ Support cargo claims handling, club guarantees, loss ratio tracking, and claims reconciliation.





n✅ Prepare monthly MIS reports and claims trend analysis to support risk mitigation and business strategy.

n✅ Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to identify voyage and Charter Party (C/P) claim risks.

n✅ Assist in audits, compliance reviews, legal coordination, and loss prevention initiatives.

n✅ Support team operations during peak workloads and staff absences.
