Key job responsibilities

- Call existing customers

- Contact customers whose insurance policies are expiring soon.

- Inform them about the renewal date and premium amount.

- Explain renewal details

- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premium, and renewal terms.

- Answer basic customer questions about their existing policy.

- Generate renewals

- Convince customers to renew their policies.

- Follow up with customers who are interested but have not yet renewed.

- Handle customer objections

- Address concerns about premium increases, coverage, competitors, etc.

- Explain the benefits of continuing the policy.

- Assist with documentation

- Guide customers regarding required documents and renewal procedures.

- Coordinate with the relevant team for payment and policy issuance.

- Maintain records

- Update customer information and call status in the CRM/system.

- Record follow-up dates,



customer responses, and renewal status.

- Meet targets

- Achieve daily/monthly calling and renewal targets.

- Maintain good conversion and follow-up rates.

- Customer service

- Build a positive relationship with existing customers.

- Escalate complaints or complex policy issues to the appropriate department.

Skills usually required

- Positive communication and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of insurance products

- Hindi/English/local-language proficiency, depending on the company

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Follow-up and negotiation skills

- Target-oriented attitude

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
