Job Summary

Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospective customers, and converting qualified leads into successful sales/enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate learning programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales/enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in CRM.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.




- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Telesales, EdTech Sales or Education Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in handling and converting leads.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Candidates with B2C sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
