Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Intern role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and answering queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve outreach campaigns, collecting feedback from learners, and contributing ideas to enhance the sales process.



Interns will receive guidance and training to develop professional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills in an edtech environment.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex information clearly to prospective learners.
- Basic sales aptitude, including interest in lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication applications.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when documenting interactions and tracking follow-ups.
- Positive, learner-focused attitude with willingness to listen, understand needs, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and learn quickly from feedback and training.
- Recent graduates or students in their final year of study in any discipline; interest in education or edtech is an advantage.
- Availability for full-time in office work in Bengaluru and eligibility to work in India.
