Location: Chromepet, Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the Entrance Automation and Security Solutions sector. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, networking, references, and market visits.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote and explain our Gate Automation, Gates, CCTV, Boom Barriers, and Security Solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct client visits and product demonstrations when required.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Entrance Automation, Gate Automation, CCTV, Security Systems, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
