Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship building principles and ability to develop strong rapport with clients over phone/email.
