Inside Sales Executive – B2C

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer calls, cold calling, lead follow-ups and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Call and follow up with leads generated through paid online advertisements and digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing.
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper lead records.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of B2C Sales / Inside Sales
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident in cold calling and customer handling.
- Solid follow-up and closing ability.
- Marathi and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
