Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Understand client requirements
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and quotations
- Assist in converting leads into sales
- Maintain CRM/Excel records
- Coordinate with internal teams
