- Inside Sales Executive

Lead Generation &

- Calling:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.

- Connect with salon, spa, retail, and other business owners.

- Understand basic customer requirements and business needs.

- Generate interest in Invoay software through effective communication.

Product Presentation

- Explain Invoay software and its key features and benefits.

- Communicate the value of the software according to customer requirements.

- Answer basic customer queries and handle initial objections.

Demo Booking

- Identify qualified prospects and book product demos for the Sales Team.

- Coordinate with Sales Managers for scheduled demos and further closures.

- Follow up with interested prospects to improve demo conversion.

Lead &

- CRM Management

- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.

- Update follow-up status and customer interactions regularly.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, demos, and conversions.

Target Achievement

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Meet assigned product-demo booking targets.





- Maintain consistent sales performance and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

Communication Skills

- Positive Hindi communication skills.

- Basic to good English communication skills.

- Confident and professional communication with business owners.

- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

Technical Skills

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

- Ability to maintain accurate digital records and follow-up updates.

Sales Skills

- Target-oriented and positive approach.

- Lead qualification and follow-up skills.

- Interest in inside sales and SaaS/software sales.

- Ability to handle customer objections and generate product interest.
