Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : Infrastructure Service Management

Summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various software products and configured services across multiple platforms, adhering to established operational models and procedures. The work includes addressing hardware and software issues at the operating system level, spanning server and network components, and supporting specific software solutions and vendors.

Tasks range from basic to intermediate troubleshooting, performed both remotely and onsite to ensure smooth system functionality and service reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and resolve technical challenges.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities and system configurations.
- Assist in the development and refinement of operational processes to improve service delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting techniques across various operating systems.
- Familiarity with server and network hardware components and their maintenance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently at different support levels.
- Experience working within defined operating models and adhering to process guidelines.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
