Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for IT and technology roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and managerial interview rounds.

The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to understand position requirements, market availability, and hiring timelines. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage offer processes, and ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all applicants.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating recruitment trackers, using applicant tracking systems, preparing reports, and staying informed about technology hiring trends and talent availability.

Qualifications

- Robust IT recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technology roles.
- Experience working with Global Capability Centers, technology services firms, or digital-first enterprises.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of common technology roles, skills, and market trends relevant to IT hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a technical or IT recruiter, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
