Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 8,000 per month

Reporting To: IT Manager / Senior IT Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team for a period of 6 months. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to day-to-day IT operations, technical support, software and hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and other IT-related activities.

The intern will work under the guidance of experienced IT professionals and will be expected to learn quickly, contribute to assigned tasks, and support the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities The IT Intern will be responsible for:

Providing basic technical support to employees and users.

Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.

Assisting with system upgrades, updates, and routine maintenance activities.

Supporting the IT team in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Creating and maintaining basic documentation related to IT systems, assets, issues, and resolutions.

Assisting in data backup, recovery, and security-related activities under supervision.

Supporting software testing, basic debugging, or development-related tasks, depending on project requirements.





Coordinating with team members to resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.

Learning and following the organization's IT policies, procedures, and information security practices.

Performing other IT-related tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications.

Knowledge of programming languages, databases, or web technologies will be an added advantage.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar productivity tools.

Internship Duration: 6 months

Monthly Stipend: 8,000

Employment Type: Full time Internship

Certificate: An internship completion certificate may be provided upon successful completion of the internship, subject to company policies and performance requirements.

Expected Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the candidate should have gained practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system administration, documentation, and other relevant IT operations while contributing effectively to the organization's technology requirements.
