Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Hyderabad South. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job advertisements on various platforms, maintaining an active talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves negotiating offers, tracking recruitment metrics, and using applicant tracking systems and professional networks to meet hiring targets.



The recruiter will work closely with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong C2H Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills into SAP, Cloud, web technologies & niche areas effectively hire for diverse technology roles.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality hires.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate IT recruitment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
