Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Network Administrator role based in Bengaluru.

The Network

Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining CNH’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across locations. Day-to-day activities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, applying security policies, and performing regular backups and updates. The role also involves supporting system administration tasks,



coordinating with internal teams and vendors, documenting configurations and incidents, and contributing to network improvement projects.

The Network

Administrator will work closely with IT leadership to implement best practices, maintain high availability, and support CNH’s technology-enabled healthcare platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills for managing servers, operating systems, and user access in a mixed environment.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, such as firewall management, VPN configuration, access control, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Candidates should possess Network Infrastructure skills, including cabling, hardware setup, IP addressing, and LAN/WAN design and support.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving network and system issues efficiently, with clear documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft or Linux certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise environments, familiarity with ITIL practices, and strong communication and collaboration skills are beneficial.
