We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong Contract Staffing experience to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract & permanent positions

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

? Requirements :

✅ 1–4 years of IT Recruitment experience**

✅ Mandatory:



Hands-on Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation experience

✅ Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills

✅ Positive understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes

✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

✅ Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills

✅ Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms
