Role Description

Keeps a programme handling regulated healthcare content inside its information security and compliance obligations,



day-to-day rather than at audit time.

What you will own

- Operate ISO 27001 controls across all programme content and access, including need-to-know access scoping.
- Administer non-disclosure agreements across a large distributed linguist population, and maintain the evidence trail.
- Own the incident response clock — client notification within 72 hours of any data security incident.
- Maintain electronic records and audit trail practices consistent with 21 CFR Part 11 expectations.
- Run HIPAA awareness, information security and code of conduct training for everyone touching programme content.
- Manage the identity framework for linguists working on client-owned systems, balancing client assurance against protecting White Globe's supplier base.

What you need

- 4+ years in information security, compliance or data protection, ideally in a services or BPO workplace.
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001; exposure to healthcare data handling requirements.
- Ability to administer controls across a distributed contractor population without becoming a bottleneck.

Useful to have

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
- Exposure to 21 CFR Part 11 or GxP environments.
