Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

•

Work closely with business users and stakeholders to elicit, understand, and document requirements.

•

Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on user needs, ensuring completeness and clarity.

•

Collaborate with the IT/development team to translate requirements into good-quality deliverables.

•

Support developers in reducing defects during IST, UAT, and production phases, maintaining a high quality focus.

•

Ensure all deliverables meet the Quality Management practices followed by the company or as outlined for the project/release.

•

Gain and continuously build application, business, and functional domain knowledge.

•

Create detailed reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders as needed.

Project Management / PMO

•

Manage day-to-day activities within the PMO and provide guidance on PMO policies and processes.

•

Determine and define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

•

Predict resource needs and manage resources effectively and efficiently to meet objectives.

•

Prepare project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements, and track costs to stay within budget.

•

Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.

•

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders covering strategy, adjustments, risks, and progress.

•

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

•

Identify risks proactively, provide mitigation plans, and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.

•

Monitor project progress, measure performance, and make adjustments to drive continuous improvement.

•

Utilize industry best practices, tools,



and standards throughout the project execution lifecycle.

•

Oversee project management staff where applicable and collaborate with department leaders on new projects and programs.

•

Maintain a strong customer focus, providing professional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

•

Bachelor's degree (BE, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

•

2-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.

•

Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), would be an added advantage

•

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

•

Strong ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine acceptable solutions.

•

Excellent documentation, communication, and basic technical skills.

•

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

•

Strong familiarity with project management software, tools, methodologies, and best practices.

•

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

•

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

•

Strong interpersonal skills and a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.

•

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence are added advantages.
