Informatica Integration Developer – CDI / CAI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Integration Developer with robust hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS), particularly Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting enterprise integrations. Experience with Salesforce/SFDC, especially Salesforce Education Cloud, will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
- Application Integration / Process Designer
- Secure Agent
- Mappings, Mapping Tasks, Taskflows and Workflows
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- JSON, XML, XSD and WSDL
- API-based integrations
- Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
- Error handling and production support
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT and integration architecture

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Salesforce / SFDC integration experience
- Salesforce Education Cloud experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications




- Salesforce REST/SOAP/Bulk API
- Salesforce data model and objects
- OAuth 2.0 and API authentication
- API Manager / API Gateway
- SQL and relational databases
- Oracle / SAP or other enterprise application integrations
- Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
- CI/CD, Git and DevOps

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop integrations using Informatica CDI and CAI
- Develop CDI mappings, mapping tasks and taskflows
- Develop CAI processes using Process Designer
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure and work with Informatica Secure Agents
- Integrate cloud and on-premise applications
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot production failures
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration issues
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand requirements
- Prepare technical design and integration documentation
