What You'll Do

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers based on niche, audience, engagement, location, and reach.
- Reach out to influencers and initiate collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Develop creative campaign briefs and communicate campaign requirements to influencers.
- Track influencer content, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Maintain solid relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Research current social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to align influencer campaigns with business objectives.
- Prepare campaign reports and analyze ROI.
- Identify opportunities for long-term influencer partnerships and brand

Who Can Apply?

- Final-year students or graduates from any discipline.
- MBA/BBA/Marketing/Business students are encouraged to apply.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning mindset are welcome.
- Previous internships in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service are an advantage.

Skills We're Looking For

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Valuable research and analytical skills.
- Creativity and understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
- Strong relationship-building skills.

Location: Pune (Head Office) Job Type: Internship (6 Months)

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation

- Performance-based incentives.
- Exceptional candidates may receive a stipend of ₹3,000–₹8,000 per month, based on interview performance, skills, and overall contribution.
