We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician with strong practical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor connections, control panels, and automation systems.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot electrical problems and have good working knowledge of Star-Delta starters, 3-phase and single-phase electrical connections, PLC, SCADA systems, and small motor rewinding.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform Star and Delta motor connections and troubleshoot Star-Delta starter circuits.
- Have strong knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, contactors, relays, overloads, MCBs, MCC panels, and control circuits.
- Perform rewinding of small electrical motors, including dismantling, coil removal, winding, insulation, assembly, and testing.
- Identify motor winding faults such as short circuits, open circuits, and insulation failures.
- Test rewound motors and ensure proper operation before returning them to service.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and control-panel drawings.
- Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing instruments.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Work with PLC-controlled machinery and identify basic PLC-related faults.
- Have working knowledge of SCADA systems for monitoring and troubleshooting industrial equipment.




- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain a protected working environment.

Required Skills

Mandatory / Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Star-Delta connections
- Good knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase connections
- Electrical motor troubleshooting
- Small motor rewinding and repair
- Control panel wiring and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Knowledge of SCADA systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Knowledge of contactors, relays, overloads, MCBs, MCC panels, and control circuits
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA-based industrial machinery will be preferred.
