By collaborating closely with domain experts, Phygitech designs cost‑optimal immersive learning tools tailored to the needs of educational institutions.

Role Description The Independent Edtech Advisor is a part-time, hybrid role exclusively for edtech champions, based in Cities in AP, Telangana, Karnataka, TN and Kerala.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client learning needs, advising institutions and organizations on suitable XR and edtech solutions, and supporting the design and implementation of immersive learning experiences. The Advisor will interact with School Management and organize meetings for showcasing furturistic and outcome driven products of Phygitech. The role also involves preparing concise proposals, conducting demos or orientations for stakeholders, gathering feedback from learners and clients,



and contributing to continuous improvement of Phygitech’s offerings.

It requires 1-2 hours of time everyday or 8-9 hours every week.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of education technology and digital learning ecosystems, including familiarity with AR & VR technologies
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum mapping, or academic consulting.
- Skills in stakeholder communication, including transparent presentation, facilitation of demos or workshops, and documentation of recommendations and implementation plans.
- Comfort with basic data collection and analysis to interpret learner feedback and usage metrics and to refine solution recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education/ Educational Technology,/Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience working with schools, higher education institutions, or corporate learning programs is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity, manage multiple client engagements, and coordinate both in-person and remote interactions in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
