Sales & Business Development

Qualifications and Experience :-BBA/MBA-IB & BCOM- with sales experience

23years of experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping Line, CHA, or Logistics Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current import and export customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client visits.

Promote ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and value-added logistics services.

Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers.

Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth execution of shipments.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Attend trade exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.

Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Good knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping,



import/export documentation, and customs procedures.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
