esponsibility :
- Work on IFRS and Finance-related projects.
- Understand what the Finance team needs.
- Convert Finance requirements into system and process requirements.
- Find out what changes are needed in processes, systems, data and reports.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, Data and IT teams.
- Support testing and UAT.
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Business Analyst experience in Finance/Accounting in Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Good exp of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Experience in gap analysis and impact assessment.
- Experience in UAT testing (preferred, not mandated)
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
JD = IFRS + Business Analyst + Financial Reporting ( shoud be in current or previously (not too old exp) In Bank / Financial Sector)
