Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain HVAC, AHU, chiller and refrigeration systems

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of RAC/HVAC equipment

- Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure differential and airflow in controlled areas

- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, pumps and control panels

- Check refrigerant pressure and identify leakage or cooling-performance issues

- Carry out routine inspection, servicing and replacement of filters, belts and other components

- Maintain daily logbooks, preventive maintenance records and breakdown reports

- Support HVAC qualification, validation and calibration activities

- Follow GMP, SOP, EHS and good documentation practices

- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Engineering teams during maintenance activities
